The Administration of the University of Liberia (UL) has formally written the Ministry of Justice to complain that some unscrupulous individuals, without any color of right, are in the constant habit of criminally trespassing on its land lying and situated at Fendall.
The UL’s complaint follows a series of public service announcements currently airing on radio stations in Monrovia and Louisiana, warning individuals to immediately desist from illegally occupying or constructing on the Fendall property.
The announcement reads, “Despite the erection of warning signs with the inscription: “UNIVERSITY OF LIBERIA PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING”, these individuals and or groups continue to break the concrete and remove these warning signs. No individual or group is allowed or permitted to do any form of business on this property.”
On Truth FM, this morning, UL Vice President for University Relations, Atty. Norris Tweah reiterated the warning against the illegal encroachment of the property.
