Professor Albert Chukwuma Okoli, Ph.D is a distinguished scholar and expert in Security Governance, Statecraft, and Strategic Studies, currently serving as Professor in the Department of Political Science at the Federal University of Lafia, Nigeria. He holds the rare distinction of two Ph.D. degrees - in Defence and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy and in History and International Studies from the Federal University of Lafia.
