{"id":14065,"date":"2020-03-16T20:24:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T20:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ul.edu.lr\/?p=14065"},"modified":"2020-03-16T20:24:25","modified_gmt":"2020-03-16T20:24:25","slug":"ul-closes-with-immediate-effect-due-to-coronavirus-confirmation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ul.edu.lr\/new\/ul-closes-with-immediate-effect-due-to-coronavirus-confirmation\/","title":{"rendered":"UL Closes with Immediate Effect Due to Coronavirus Confirmation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">The University of Liberia (UL) hereby informs all its staff, faculty, students and the general public that, as a result of confirmation that coronavirus is in Liberia, both academic and administrative functions\/activities are\u00a0 hereby suspended with immediate effect until Monday, March 23, 2020.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The suspension of all activities at the UL comes in the wake of a statement issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) mandating the immediate closure of schools including institutions of higher learning in the country.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">At the same time, UL President Dr Julius S.
