MONROVIA, LIBERIA, FEBRUARY 20, 2026\u2014 Dr. Layli Maparyan, President of the University of Liberia, will host the President\u2019s Ball and Fundraising Event on Saturday, February 28, 2026. This event aims to raise funds to address long-standing infrastructure challenges faced by the university. The President’s Ball is part of the University of Liberia\u2019s 75th Anniversary Celebration, which began with a Thanksgiving Service on February 15, 2026, at UL’s Capitol Hill campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The President will also celebrate her birthday on this occasion. The fundraising ball will take place at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Ministerial Complex in Congo Town, bringing together distinguished guests, including government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, corporate partners, alumni, students, faculty, staff and stakeholders.
