Since 2017, the value of the Liberian Dollar drastically deteriorated, manifesting itself in rising prices for basic commodities. The impact is broadly felt, with particularly drastic effects on the poor, and is a major cause of public discontent. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this KAICT Public Policy Forum, organized by th<\/span>e Kofi Annan Institute for Conflict Transformation (KAICT) at the University of Liberia, an attempt would be made to\u00a0 identify the causes of the crisis and explore policy options.<\/p>\n
