PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Graduate and Professional Schools Admission, Re-Admission and Transfer Requirements

The Office of Enrollment Services (OES) is pleased to inform all successful Graduate/Professional Schools candidates of the July 16, 2022, November 5, 2022 and August 5, 2023 Placement Examinations and Aptitude Tests that the process for Admissions, Readmissions and Transfer will commence on Monday December 4, 2023. All applicants are required to apply only online using the admission.ulportal.net.

                                            REQUIREMENTS

Regular – Admission Applicants

 

1. Transcript
2.   Undergraduate Degree or its Equivalent
3.  Two letters of recommendation, one from the University graduated from and one from the

community
4.   Health certificate from a recognized Hospital and NOT a clinic.
5.   Three-page statement of career objectives (FONT-Times New Roman, FONT SIZE 12 & HEADING 14, SINGLE SPACING- 1,500 words )
6.   Curriculum Vitae
7.   Nonrefundable admission fee of US$65.00 for Liberian Students and US$100.00 for international students. Payable only via MTN Mobile Money and provide the payment transaction ID.

 

 

Readmission Applicants

 

 

Submit an application letter for readmission addressed to the below address indicating the

reason(s) you dropped from school. The letter must be sent via email to admissions@ul.edu.lr with Subject, Readmission Application – Student ID Number and with attention to the below address.

2. Nonrefundable admission fee of US$60.00 for Liberian Students and US$75.00 for International students. Payable only via MTN Mobile Money and provide the payment transaction ID.

Transfer Applicants 1.   Transcript

NOTE- All UL graduates are not allowed to submit documents here; they are to contact the Graduate School Admission Office on the Capitol Hill Campus
 Second Degree Applicants 1. Nonrefundable admission fee of US$100.00 for Liberian Students and US$100.00 for international students should be paid only via MTN Mobile Money and provide the payment transaction ID.

4.   Heath Certificate from a recognized hospital and not a clinic.

All Regular –Admission, Readmission, Transfer and Second Degree   processes will end as per the stipulated dates above, absolutely; there will be no

extension to the deadline.
