The Office of Enrollment Services (OES) of the University of Liberia is pleased to inform all successful candidates of the July 16, 2022, November 5, 2022 and August 5, 2023 Entrance and Placement Examinations that the process for Admissions, Readmissions, Transfer and Second Degree commences on Monday December 4, 2023. All applicants are required to apply only online using the admission.ulportal.net.
Please note that there will be no more Provisional Student’s admissions process after this period.

1. Transcript with 10th, 11th,12th grades and a letter of recommendation from last school Attended 2. Health certificate from a recognized Hospital and NOT a clinic 3. High School Diploma 4. WAEC or WASSCE certificate or Equivalent 5. National Identification Card, or Passport, or Birth Certificate/Declaration of Nationality 6. Nonrefundable admission fee of LR$2,000.00 for Liberian Students and US$75.00 for international students. Payable only via MTN Mobile Money and provide the payment transaction ID. |

1. Submit an application letter for readmission addressed to the below address indicating the reason(s) you dropped from school. The letter must be sent via email to admissions@ul.edu.lr with Subject, Readmission Application – Student ID Number and with attention to the below address. Assistant Dean for Admissions Undergraduate Colleges Office of Enrollment Services (OES) University of Liberia – Fendall Campus Louisiana, Liberia 2. Nonrefundable readmission fee of LR$3,000.00 for Liberian students and US$50.00 for International students. Payable only via MTN Mobile Money and provide the payment transaction ID. |

I want to know if registration is in process because I did mine with Lonestar mobile money transfer but up to now my e portal not open so I can do my planning.

I submitted my documents hardcopy already as transfer student. Please tell me what next to do
Pay your fees to the UL bank account and upload the receipt as attachment. You can combine the document where necessary by using combinepdf an online platform and upload it on the UL admission portal. Forget about mobile money for now and deal with the bank.
