PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Administration of the University of Liberia informs all applicants of the Health System Leadership and Management Certificate Course Program (HSLM) of the College of Health Sciences that application forms are now ready. Applicants are therefore encouraged to pick-up their application form and begin their process.
The cost for enrollment in the course for individual candidates is $675USD, and candidates sponsored by an employer(s) is $800USD.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:
All applicants must fully complete and submit the form and attach proof of completion of a Bachelor’s degree t be considered for enrollment.
Your completed form and proof of Bachelor’s degree must be received before midnight on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
The documents may be scanned and submitted via email to HSLMcertificateprogram@gmail.com or delivered in hard copy to the Office of the Vice President of the College of Health Sciences at the administration building, Medical College campus, Catholic Junction, Congo Town.
